ExamDedo is an AI-powered assessment platform that provides:

• AI-generated question papers aligned with various competitive exam syllabi (SSC, Banking, Railways, UPSC, etc.).
• Practice tests and mock examinations with real-time performance analytics.
• Personalized learning insights and AI-powered feedback.
• Batch management tools for teachers and institutions.
• Performance tracking, leaderboards, and progress reports.
• Subscription-based access to premium features and content.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (users under 18 should have parental supervision).
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or ExamDedo staff.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Service.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on our Service.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

Our Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. The following terms apply to subscriptions:

• Subscription Fees: Fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments through Razorpay and other authorized payment gateways.
• Refunds: Refund policies are outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of ExamDedo or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

• Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service remain with ExamDedo.
• License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or institutional educational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works based on our Service or content.
• User Content: You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for Service operation.
• AI-Generated Content: Questions and content generated by our AI are proprietary to ExamDedo and may not be redistributed without permission.

7. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for any content you submit, post, or display on our Service ('User Content'):

• You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content.
• User Content must not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• User Content must not contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal material.
• We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms without notice.
• You grant us the right to use, modify, and display User Content for Service operation and improvement.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate questions and provide feedback. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided 'as-is' and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• AI feedback and insights are educational tools and do not replace professional educational guidance.
• We continuously improve our AI models, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
• You should verify important information through official sources and educational materials.
• We are not liable for any decisions made based solely on AI-generated content.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide continuous, reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times:

• The Service is provided 'as-is' and 'as-available' without warranties of any kind.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
• We are not liable for any downtime, interruptions, or service unavailability.

10. Limitation of Liability

• ExamDedo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• We are not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content.
• We are not responsible for the actions, content, or services of third parties linked to or integrated with our Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ExamDedo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Your infringement of any third-party rights.
• Your User Content or any content you submit through the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Non-payment of subscription fees.

Request by law enforcement or government agencies.

Extended periods of account inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request deletion of your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved as follows:

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and other legal documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and ExamDedo regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
